ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, notice of entry of the challenged order was served electronically on December 2, 2025. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal until February 12, 2026, well after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(a)(1). See Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court).
