On February 6, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days. When appellant failed to comply, this court issued an order on March 3, 2026, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request by March 10, 2026. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal.
