Steve Kaboli's notice of appeal was docketed in this court on March 13, 2026, as Docket No. 92285. Because both appeals arise from the same district court case and challenge the same district court orders, Steve Kaboli's appeal should have been docketed in this court as a cross-appeal in Docket No. 92182. Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall administratively close the appeal Docket No. 92285, re-docket Steve Kaboli's appeal in Docket No. 92182 as a cross-appeal, and transfer all documents that were filed in Docket No. 92285 into Docket 92182.
