ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order of dismissal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kathleen E. Delaney, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and other documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Service of notice of entry of the challenged order was made on appellant, by mail, on June 26, 2025. The notice of appeal was not filed in the district court until February 23, 2026, long after expiration of the 30-day appeal period set forth in NRAP 4(a)(1). This court lacks jurisdiction to consider an untimely appeal. Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987). Accordingly, we lack jurisdiction and
