ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Veronica Barisich, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. This court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule.” Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013). Appellant fails to identify any appealable order in the notice of appeal. To the extent appellant appeals from the district court's December 13, 2025, oral order vacating hearings on motions, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from such an order. Accordingly, we lack jurisdiction and

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.¹
