ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a decree of divorce subject to the provisions of NRAP 3E. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Michele Mercer, Judge.

Respondent has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal due to appellant's failure to participate. No response has been filed. On November 24, 2025, this court entered an order granting a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for appellant. That order provided 28 days for appellant to retain new counsel, request an extension to retain counsel, or inform this court, in writing, that she would proceed pro se. When appellant failed to comply, this court issued an order on January 6, 2026, providing an additional 14 days for appellant to retain counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance in this court or inform this court, in writing, that appellant would proceed pro se. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal. This court grants respondent's motion and
