ORDER REOPENING DOCKET NUMBER 90914 AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NUMBER 92133

On August 14, 2025, this court entered an order referring the matter in Docket No. 90914 to the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board for a hearing to determine competency and for a recommendation as provided in SCR 117(2) and directing the Board to file a status report with this court. This court issued a notice in lieu of remittitur in Docket No. 90914 on September 4, 2025, closing the matter. Because the referral to the Board to conduct a hearing did not constitute a final disposition of the matter, the notice in lieu of remittitur was issued in error. Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall reopen the matter in Docket No. 90914.

On February 19, 2026, the Board filed the status report this court ordered in Docket No. 90914. This court docketed a new case and filed the status report in Docket No. 92133. Because the status report should have been filed in Docket No. 90914, the clerk of this court shall transfer all documents that were filed in Docket No. 92133 to Docket No. 90914 and administratively close the matter in Docket No. 92133. No briefing of this matter is required by the parties at this time.
