Aces HARRIS f/k/a Tyler Harris, Appellant, v. Katherine MANER, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Respondent has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction, asserting that appellant's notice of appeal was untimely filed. A review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court shows that the notice of entry of the order was filed and served on December 19, 2025. Appellant did not file his notice of appeal until January 27, 2026, after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(a)(1). See Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Accordingly, as this court lacks jurisdiction, respondent's motion to dismiss is granted and we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.1
FOOTNOTES
