Matthew Travis HOUSTON, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Appellant filed the notice of appeal on February 4, 2026, stating that he appeals from “the victim of crime and innocent man entered in this action [on] November 12, 2025.” This court's review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court, no oral or written order was entered on or around the date that appellant specified in his notice of appeal, and no order to which the notice of appeal could apply appears on the docket. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal); NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). This court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
