ABEBAW TESFAYE KASSA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal on December 18, 2025. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michelle Leavitt, Judge.
This court's review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court, and none appears on the docket to which the notice of appeal could apply. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as challenging the judgment of conviction entered August 29, 2018, that judgment of conviction was already appealed in Docket No. 76870. See Kassa (Abebaw) v. State, Docket No. 76870 (Opinion Affirming, April 29, 2021). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
