Matthew Travis HOUSTON, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated when the district court transmitted appellant's January 22, 2026, document under NRAP 3(g). The document bears no decipherable title and indicates that appellant “enters his objection in the above titled action(s) Pursuant to his Petition to Establish Factual Innocence Pursuant to N.R.S. 34.900, Involuntary Servitude as described in N.R.S. 200.463, Trafficking in persons as described in the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, 22 U.S.C. §§ 7101 et seq., and the Crimes Against Vulnerable Persons statutes in the N.R.S. as multi-district, multijurisdictional and international litigation.”
To the extent this document can be construed as a notice of appeal, it fails to identify any decisions of the district court. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(b). Nor does the court appear to have entered any appealable orders to which this document could pertain. Accordingly, we conclude that this court lacks jurisdiction, and we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
