Cinthya Gutierrez MARTINEZ, Appellant, v. Leonardo DANIELE, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On December 12, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. Appellant attempted to file a transcript request form on December 29, 2025, however on December 31, 2025, this court entered an order striking the transcript request form because it was deficient. The order directed appellant to correct the deficiencies and re-file a transcript request form that conforms with the rules by January 14, 2026, and cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On January 2, 2026, appellant attempted to file the docketing statement, however on January 7, 2026, this court entered an order striking the docketing statement because it was deficient. The order directed appellant to correct the deficiencies and re-file a docketing statement that conforms with the rules by January 21, 2026, and cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. When appellant failed to file the corrected transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the corrected docketing statement, this court issued an order on January 28, 2026, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by February 4, 2026. See NRAP 9; NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
