ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals jurisdictional defects. The first challenged order was entered in the district court on May 15, 2025, and notice of entry was served on appellants the same day. The second district court order was entered in the district court on June 5, 2025, and notice of entry was served on appellants the same day. Appellants did not file the notice of appeal in the district court until October 8, 2025, well after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(a)(1). This court lacks jurisdiction to consider an untimely notice of appeal. Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987).
Additionally, appellant Brent Ruttman signed the notice of appeal on behalf of all appellants. Ruttman is not a Nevada licensed attorney and may not represent another individual or entity in this or any other Nevada Court. See Guerin v. Guerin, 116 Nev. 210, 214, 993 P.2d 1256, 1258 (2000). To the extent the notice of appeal was filed by Ruttman on behalf of the other appellants, it is the product of the unauthorized practice of law and fails to confer jurisdiction on this court. See id. at 214, 993 P.2d at 1258. This court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal and we
