ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
When this court's review of this appeal revealed a potential jurisdictional defect, we directed appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Specifically, the district court entered the challenged order revoking probation on September 16, 2025, and an amended order revoking probation on September 19, 2025. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal, however, until October 22, 2025, two days after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(b). Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). In response to the order to show cause, appellant's counsel does not dispute that the notice of appeal was filed later than the 30-day appeal period. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
