ORDER DENYING PETITION
This is a pro se original emergency petition for a writ of mandamus challenging a purported district court finding that petitioner waived his right to self-representation. Our extraordinary and discretionary intervention is not warranted. Petitioner failed to submit all records essential to understanding the petition, see NRAP 21(a)(4), and failed to show that he lacks a plain, speedy, and adequate remedy, see NRS 34.170; Pan v. Eighth Jud. Dist. Ct., 120 Nev. 222, 224, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 841 844 (2004). Accordingly, we ORDER the petition DENIED.1
