Theodore STEVENS a/k/a Michael Sabatino, Appellants, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. The October 3, 2025, order the appellant identified is a postconviction order granting a motion to declare appellant a vexatious litigant and imposing a pre-filing restriction. In the order, the court declined to rule on several motions involving Primm interrogations, deeming the motions frivolous, duplicative, and filed with the specific intent to obstruct the judicial process. No statute or court rule allows for an appeal from this decision or from any ruling on a motion for order of admission and judicial notice. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when a statute or court rule provides for appeal); Peck v. Crouser, 129 Nev. 120, 124, 295 P.3d 586, 588 (2013) (providing that vexatious litigant orders are not independently appealable). Furthermore, this court entered an order dismissing an appeal from the same order for lack of jurisdiction in Stevens v. State, Docket No. 91431 (Order Dismissing Appeal, November 10, 2025). This court lacks jurisdiction and
