Daniel ESTEY-ANG, Appellant, v. APEX ASSASSINS, LLC; Travis Peterson; and Richard Findlay, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals jurisdictional defects. Appellant's notice of appeal seeks to challenge an order granting summary judgment purportedly entered on September 3, 2025. A review of the documents before this court reveals that no order was filed on September 3, 2025. It appears, however, that the district court entered an order on November 7, 2025, granting a motion for summary judgment.
To the extent this court may construe the notice of appeal as challenging the order entered November 7, 2025, the order grants summary judgment regarding valuation of a business only and does not resolve all claims and counter-claims in the district court action. “[A] final judgment is one that disposes of all the issues presented in the case, and leaves nothing for the future consideration of the court, except for post-judgment issues such as attorney's fees and costs.” Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 426, 996 P.2d 416, 417 (2000). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
