On October 7, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve, by December 8, 2025, an opening brief. When appellant failed to file the opening brief, this court entered an order on December 22, 2025, noting that appellant's opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file the opening brief within 14 days. The order cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal.
