ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This court's review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. On October 28, 2025, the Eighth Judicial District Court entered a minute order denying “Defendant's Motion for Production of Documents and/or Discovery Materials.” Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a motion for production of documents or discovery, we lack jurisdiction. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). Accordingly, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
