ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On November 14, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript within 14 days, the docketing statement within 21 days, and a fast track opening brief or informal brief within 60 days. When appellant failed to file the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request form and the docketing statement, this court issued an order on December 15, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve these documents by December 29, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. Additionally, the fast track opening brief was due to be filed on January 13, 2026, and has not been filed to date. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
