ORDER VACATING PRIOR ORDER AND DISMISSING PETITION
On November 22, 2025, petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of this action. That filing was inadvertently stricken by order entered November 25, 2025. Consequently, the November 25 Order Striking Notice is hereby vacated, and the clerk of this court is directed to file petitioner's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Appeal and Petitions for Writ.
Cause appearing, petitioner's motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter is granted. This matter is dismissed. NRAP 42. Each party shall pay their own fees and costs.
