ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On December 10, 2025, this court entered an order reinstating briefing. The order, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request, and the docketing statement by December 17, 2025. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on December 23, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by December 30, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
