ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS
Appellant has filed a motion “to notice and file withdrawing of Habeas Post Conviction Appeals,” and indicates he “will proceed straight to § 2254.” “Section 2254” appears to reference 28 U.S.C. § 2254, governing applications of writs of habeas corpus in federal courts. Cause appearing, appellant's motion to voluntarily dismiss these consolidated appeals is granted. These appeals are dismissed. NRAP 42.
