Julia Guadalupe GARCIA, Appellant, v. Raphiely Sarahi Anaya AGUILAR, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Preliminary review of the documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, while appellant contends that the order entered March 28, 2025, is a final judgment, review of the docket in this matter indicates that no final judgment has been entered. The March 28, 2025, “order following hearing on February 13, 2025” contemplates further consideration by the district court and leaves several issues unresolved, including the issue of marital waste. See Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 426, 996 P.2d 416, 417 (2000) (“[A] final judgment is one that disposes of all the issues presented in the case, and leaves nothing for the future consideration of the court, except for post-judgment issues such as attorney's fees and costs.”).
Further, while appellant claims to appeal a November 14, 2025, district court order awarding fees and costs to respondent, no such order on fees or costs was ever entered by the district court. Instead, it appears respondent filed a memorandum of fees and costs in the district court on November 14, 2025.
No statute or court rule authorizes appeal from the interlocutory order(s) challenged by appellant. See Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”). This court, therefore, lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
