Jamil GERONIMO, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Appellant appears to have filed a notice of appeal to this court from an order of the court of appeals, Geronimo v. State, Docket No. 80497-COA (Order of Affirmance, March 17, 2021). Appellant cannot appeal to this court from an order of the court of appeals. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 792 P.2d 1133 (1990) (right to appeal is statutory; where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists). To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as a petition for rehearing or for supreme court review of the order in Docket No. 80497-COA, it is untimely. NRAP 40(c); NRAP 40B(c). This court lacks jurisdiction and
