ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Appellant's notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court. Specifically, no order was entered in the district court on November 25, 2025, and the notice of appeal otherwise fails to identify any decisions of the district court. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as challenging the judgment of conviction entered on June 18, 2025, the notice of appeal is untimely. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal until December 1, 2025, well after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(b). Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
