SAXON HARDING, Appellant, v. LARISSA HARDING, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed in this court on November 4, 2025. Because the notice of appeal was not accompanied by a case appeal statement, on November 4, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file the case appeal statement within 7 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions. See NRAP 3(a)(2). Because appellant had not yet filed the case appeal statement, on November 14, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to file the case appeal statement in the district court and to file a file-stamped copy of the case appeal statement in this court within 7 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply would result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. Id. To date, appellant has not filed the case appeal statement in this court. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
Clerk of the Supreme Court Elizabeth A. Brown
