ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing a complaint. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Veronica Barisich, Judge.

On September 19, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on October 20, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve them by November 3, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents or otherwise communicate with this court.
