ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court judgment on an arbitration award under NAR 19 and an order denying a motion to dismiss. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Connie J. Steinheimer, Judge.

Having considered the documents before us, we conclude that this court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal. NAR 19(b) states that a judgment on an arbitration award “may not be appealed” unless “the district court [also] entered a written interlocutory order disposing of a portion of the action,” in which case the appeal “is limited to the interlocutory order.” The order denying the motion to dismiss held that the parties’ arbitration agreement did not warrant dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, leaving Wells Fargo's action intact. It therefore did not “dispos[e] of a portion of the action.” NAR 19(b). NAR 19(b) thus prohibits the appeal from the judgment and order denying the motion to dismiss, and no other statute or court rule permits this appeal. See Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”). Accordingly, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, and we
