On September 26, 2025, this court entered an order denying petitioners’ motion to proceed in forma pauperis. That order directed petitioners to pay the filing fee or re-file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 14 days. Petitioners were cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this petition. To date, petitioners have not complied with this court's September 25, 2025, order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
