ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on October 8, 2025. Because the notice of appeal was not accompanied by the case appeal statement, see NRAP 3(f)(1) (requiring the case appeal statement to be filed with the notice of appeal), on that same date, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file the case appeal statement. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions. See NRAP 3(a)(2). Because appellant had not complied with the notice, on October 16, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to file the case appeal statement in this court within 7 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply timely with the order could result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the case appeal statement. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
