ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of an amended judgment and an order denying a motion for an order to show cause and for NRCP rule 60 and 62 relief. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Ronald J. Israel, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, notices of entry of the orders appealed from were served on January 25, 2023, and August 14, 2023. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal, however, until August 8, 2025, well after the expiration of the 30-day appeal period prescribed by NRAP 4(a)(1). See Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
