ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal of a post-conviction order granting a motion to declare appellant a vexatious litigant and imposing a pre-filing restriction. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Ronald J. Israel, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no statute or court rule allows for an appeal from this decision. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when a statute or court rule provides for appeal); Peck v. Crouser, 129 Nev. 120, 124, 295 P.3d 586, 588 (2013) (providing that vexatious litigant orders are not independently appealable). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.1
