ROSA ARMINDA URBINA, Appellant, v. SILVERTON HOTEL, LLC, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from the district court's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order granting respondent's motion for summary judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Maria A. Gall, Judge.
This court previously entered an order explaining that resolution of a pending motion for reconsideration was necessary to the determination of this court's jurisdiction over this appeal, see AA Primo Builders, LLC v. Washington, 126 Nev. 578, 585, 245 P.3d 1190, 1195 (2010); NRAP 4(a)(5), (6), directing the district court to enter a written order resolving the motion, and holding this appeal in abeyance pending resolution of the motion. The district court has now filed a copy of its order granting the motion for reconsideration and denying respondent's motion for summary judgment.
Having considered the documents before this court as well as the district court's order granting reconsideration, it appears this appeal is now moot. Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
