VENESHIA OLIVER A/K/A VANESHIA OLIVER, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal on September 11, 2025. The notice of appeal refers to an alleged “final judgment for Habeas Corpus/District Court entered on the 24 day of March, 2025” in district court Case No. A-24-886637-W. It does not appear from the district court docket and minute entries that the district court has entered any order to which the notice of appeal could apply. To the extent appellant is appealing the court of appeals’ March 24, 2025, order of affirmance in Docket No. 88742-COA, no statute or court rule provides for an appeal to this court from an order of the court of appeals. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 792 P.2d 1133 (1990) (right to appeal is statutory; where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists). To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as a petition for rehearing or for supreme court review of the order in Docke No. 88742-COA, it is untimely. NRAP 40(a); NRAP 40B(c). This court lacks jurisdiction and
