ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a motion to reconsider and dismissing complaint with prejudice. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Tierra Danielle Jones, Judge.

On September 8, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. When appellant failed to file the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement, this court issued an order on September 30, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by October 7, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
