ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a June 20, 2025, pro se appeal from a purported district court “denial to petitioner's habeas corpus.” Eighth Judicial District Court. Clark County; Carli Lynn Kierny, Judge.

Upon this court's review of the documents before it, however, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction. Appellant's habeas petition was denied by the district court on March 22, 2023, and appellant appealed from that order in Docket No. 83935. To the extent that appellant is now attempting to appeal from a decision denying his motion to reconsider the denial of his habeas petition, no such order has been entered on the district court's docket, and even if one had been, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying reconsideration. Phelps v. State, 111 Nev. 1021, 1022, 900 P.2d 344, 345 (1995). As this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v.
