ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from the purported denial and/or dismissal of a postconviction proceeding on or around August 24, 2025. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen A. Sigurdson, Distinct Judge.

Appellant's notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). No decision was entered in the underlying district court case on August 24, 2025. To the extent appellant is appealing the district court order denying motion to correct illegal sentence and/or modify sentence, the notice of appeal is untimely. Specifically, the district court entered its order denying appellant's motion on June 3, 2025. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal, however, until August 27, 2025, well after the expiration of the 30-day appeal deadline. See NRAP 4(b)(1)(A); Lozada v. State, 110 Nev. 349, 352, 871 P.2d 944, 946 (1994) (explaining that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court). Accordingly, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
