ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from purported “perjury” regarding a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Mary Kay Holthus, Judge.
Review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no appealable order has been entered in the district court proceedings, and this matter is still ongoing in the district court. Thus, the notice of appeal is premature and this court
