JOSEPH WAYNE JONES, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se appeal challenging “the judgment(s) in the above-entitled action(s) entered in this Honorable Court on or about the 22 day of July, 2025.” Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Christy L. Craig, Judge.
Appellant's notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of th district court. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). No decision was entered in the underlying district court case. A-23-881097-W, on July 22, 2025. Further, it does not appear from the district court docket and minute entries that the district court has entered any appealable order on or after July 22, 2025. To the extent appellant appeals the June 18, 2025, order dismissing petitioner's post-conviction petition for writ of habeas corpus filed on March 17, 2025. the order is already on appeal in Jones v. State, Docket No. 91016. Further, a July 22, 2025, order, entered in district court Case No. C-17-322359-1, is the subject of an appeal in Docket No. 91089. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction over the appeal filed in this docket and
