JUAN MANUEL SANCHEZ-RAMIREZ, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal on August 29, 2025. In the notice, appellant indicates that he would like to appeal from an order of this court, Sanchez-Ramirez v. State, Docket No. 88689 (Order of Affirmance. June 25, 2025). This court's review of the documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. No statute or court rule provides for an appeal from an order of this court. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 792 P.2d 1133 (1990) (right to appeal is statutory: where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists). To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as a petition for rehearing of the order of affirmance in Docket No. 88689, it is untimely. NRAP 40(a)(1). This court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
