CHANDRA LYNN LACOST, Appellant, v. WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER LACOST, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from multiple orders entered in an action for divorce. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Gregory G. Gordon, Judge.
On September 2, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. Appellant attempted to file a transcript request form on September 9, 2025, however, it was stricken as deficient, and appellant was ordered to file a corrected transcript request form by September 25, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. When appellant failed to file a corrected transcript request form and the docketing statement, this court entered an order on October 2, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve these documents by October 9, 2025. See NRAP 9; NRAP 14(b). The order again cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
