TARMIER BRACKENRIDGE, TRUSTEE OF THE BENNIE BRACKENRIDGE FAMILY TRUST, Appellants, v. JEFFREY VALENTINE, AN INDIVIDUAL, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed on September 18, 2025. Because the notice of appeal was not accompanied by the case appeal statement, see NRAP 3(f)(1) (requiring the case appeal statement to be filed with the notice of appeal), on that same date, this court issued a notice directing appellants to file the case appeal statement. Appellants were cautioned that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions. See NRAP 3(a)(2). Because appellant had not complied with the notice, on September 29, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellants to file the case appeal statement within 7 days. Appellants were cautioned that failure to comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the case appeal statement. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.1
Clerk of the Supreme Court Elizabeth A. Brown
