ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on June 20, 2025, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). After the district court entered an order denying appellant's application to proceed in forma pauperis, on July 31, 2025, this court entered an order directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 30 days. The order advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2). In light of this order, no action will be taken on the documents filed by respondent on September 9, 2025, and September 29, 2025.
