ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a decree of divorce. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Mari D. Parlade, Judge.

On May 2, 2025. this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve, by September 2, 2025, either (1) a brief that complies with the requirements in NRAP 28(a) and NRAP 32, or (2) the “Informal Brief Form for Pro Se Parties” provided by the clerk. The notice cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief by the deadline may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).

When appellant failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court entered an order on September 10, 2025, noting that appellant's opening brief or informal brief was overdue and directed appellant to file the opening brief or informal brief within 7 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
