ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order of dismissal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika L. Mendoza, Judge.

On May 6, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve the docketing statement within 21 days, and the opening brief or informal brief within 120 days. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on June 3, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve the docketing statement by June 17, 2025. See NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant attempted to file the docketing statement on June 17, 2025, however, it was stricken as deficient, and appellant was ordered to file a corrected docketing statement by July 7, 2025. Appellant failed to comply. On July 22, 2025, this court again issued an order directing appellant to file the corrected docketing statement by August 5, 2025. The order again cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a corrected docketing statement. Additionally, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, which was due September 3, 2025. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
