ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

This petition was docketed on February 27, 2025, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 21(g). That same day, petitioner filed a motion to waive the filing fees for this petition. On March 7, 2025, this court denied the motion and directed petitioner to, within 30 days, either pay the filing fee or file an updated motion to waive the filing fee that complied with the provision in NRAP 24.

On March 25, 2025, petitioner filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. On March 26, 2025, this court struck the motion because it was deficient. That order directed petitioner to correct the deficiency and refile the motion within 14 days.

To date, petitioner has not paid the filing fee or filed a corrected motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
