ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is pro se appeal from a district court oral decision denying without prejudice a motion for withdrawal of attorney and delivery of record. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Eric Johnson, Judge.
No statute or court rule permits an appeal from the aforementioned district court order. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). Further, the district court's oral decision is not effective and cannot be appealed. See Div. of Child & Family Servs. v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Ct., 120 Nev. 445, 454, 92 P.3d 1239, 1245 (2004). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
