NAJEEB RAHMAN, Appellant, v. JOSE MORALES, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from an order denying a motion to reconsider a special order after final judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika L. Mendoza, Judge.
On March 7, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, the docketing statement within 21 days, and the opening brief or informal brief within 120 days. When appellant failed to file the transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement, this court issued an order on April 11, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by April 25, 2025. See NRAP 9; NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant failed to comply. On May 8, 2025, this court again issued an order directing appellant to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by May 22, 2025. The order again cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant attempted to file a transcript request form and docketing statement on May 27, 2025, however, they were stricken as deficient, and appellant was ordered to file a corrected transcript request form and corrected docketing statement by June 10, 2025. To date, appellant has failed to file a corrected transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a corrected docketing statement. Additionally, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, which was due on July 7, 2025. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
