ELIZABETH ANN MITRO, Appellant, v. JACOB URIAH MITRO, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal in an action for divorce. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Bill Henderson, Judge.
On February 20, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve the docketing statement within 21 days, and the opening brief or informal brief within 120 days. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on April 11, 2025, directing appellant to file and serve the docketing statement by April 18, 2025. See NRAP 14(b). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On May 5, 2025, this court granted appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the docketing statement. The order directed appellant to file the docketing statement by May 19, 2025. Appellant attempted to file the docketing statement on May 19, 2025, however, it was stricken as deficient, and appellant was ordered to file a corrected docketing statement by June 2, 2025. The order again cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On July 1, 2025, this court granted appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief. The order directed appellant to file and serve the opening brief or informal brief by July 21, 2025. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to file a corrected docketing statement and an opening brief or informal brief. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
